Pita Chips - Homemade

Cut pita breads in half horizontally with kitchen scissors to form 2 rounds.

Brush 1 side of each round with olive oil that has been seasoned with crushed garlic and rosemary.

Or, brush with plain olive oil and season with grated Parmesan cheese, coarse salt and cayenne pepper.

Cut the rounds into wedges and place in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake at 250 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
