Classic Horseradish Cream Sauce

This sauce was delicious as an accompaniment to the Filet of Beef and also the next day for Beef Tenderloin sliders.




1 8 ounce container sour cream
5 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind plus
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir vigorously until well blended.
